  • Yes! Guests are welcome to record or take photos of the performance. Zleephouse and its assistant may also take photos or videos for marketing purposes, which may appear on Yelp, our website, Instagram, and other promotional channels. If you have any special privacy concerns, just let us know in advance.

If an issue outside anyone’s control (like severe weather, transportation interruption, or serious illness) prevents us from performing, any outstanding funds you’ve paid will be returned, as outlined in the agreement. Our goal is always to communicate clearly and act in good faith.

  • No. Zleephouse operates as an independent contractor. We control how we perform the service; you control the schedule and details of your event. This is clearly defined in the agreement and helps protect both parties.
